Counseling & Therapy for Adults in Fargo, ND
FIND YOUR LIGHT.
RECLAIM YOUR LIFE.
At Illumine Counseling, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges—helping you heal, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater self-trust.
Maybe It’s Time to Make Space for You
You may be the person others rely on - strong and capable on the outside, but anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected within. Whether you’re carrying past experiences, navigating change, or questioning what comes next, therapy offers space to slow down, heal, and find your way back to yourself.

A Space for Compassion, Connection & Real Change
Hi, I’m Summer.
I believe everyone deserves to have someone in their corner during the difficult seasons of life.
My own experiences shaped my path toward becoming a therapist and taught me the importance of compassion, connection, and having a safe place to feel truly seen and supported.
Today, I bring that same understanding into my work at Illumine Counseling. My approach is warm, curious, and grounded in a genuine belief in your ability to heal, grow, and create meaningful change.
One of my favorite parts of this work is watching people reconnect with themselves, accomplish their goals, and begin creating lives that feel more authentic—moving beyond simply getting through each day and toward truly thriving.

You Don’t Have to Have Everything Figured Out to Begin
Healing can start with something as simple as creating space to be heard, understood, and supported.
If you’re ready to better understand yourself, work through what has been holding you back, and move toward a life that feels more peaceful and authentically yours, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
